All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Sydney, NSW, and will be dispatched within 48 hours of receipt of order. Delivery times vary depending on your location and your proximity to a capital city, please see below for delivery rates.
We offer express shipping on all orders, with FREE shipping for all orders to the value of $50 or above.
For orders under $50 a flat shipping rate of $9.95 applies.
Shipping charges are based upon the value of your order, the weight of your order and the destination of your order. Once you have your order completed in your shopping cart you can select your destination country to see the shipping options available to you and how much they cost.
Orders that are designated for international shipping outside of Australia may be subjected to taxes, customs duties and other fees by the destination country. The recipient is responsible for these fees. Please note delivery times may vary between 10-15 working days.
If the purchaser refuses a shipment, they are responsible for any import fees incurred, cost of returning the shipment and the original shipping charges. This amount will be deducted from the merchandise refund plus a 5% restocking fee.
Herbs and Heart is not responsible for return of shipments or reimbursement in any case of lost packages or damaged/broken products with International Purchases.
You may email our customer care team within 5 hours of placing your order during business hours to request a cancellation. Once we have begun to prepare an order, it is not possible to cancel. Refunds for cancellations are applied once we provide confirmation.
Packages that are returned to us and marked as "Return to Sender", "Unclaimed", "Attempted Unknown", "Refused", or "Invalid Street Address", will be credited back to the customer's credit card on file, less a shipping and handling fee
