At Herbs & Heart we take great pride in providing the highest quality products to all our customers and are committed to ensuring that we deliver excellence in customer service.

Herbs & Heart will accept returns on most unused full-sized products within 30 days of delivery minus shipping costs. Items should be in their original packaging. Due to the purity and potency of the ingredients we use, Herbs & Heart cannot accept opened/used items.

Herbs & Heart will accept returns on products damaged during shipping with proof of purchase (order receipt), and if returns are completed within 30 days of shipment.

If a product does not match the description on the website, you may return the item unused for an exchange of the correct product.

In some cases, we can also accept returns and provide a refund where you have experienced irritation or an allergic reaction. If this occurs, please contact us and ask to speak with one of our trained skin consultants, so that we can determine the nature of the problem. Allergy returns must not be more than 10% used.

Please note that we will only refund or exchange products purchased from If you have purchased Herbs & Heart products from another online retailer or from a retail outlet you will need to return the product from where it was purchased.

Limited Edition items and special promotion items are considered final sale.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your online purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. 


How to return products

Fill out the ‘Return my Product’ form below to begin the process, and soon after we will email you a Return label to include with your items for shipping back to us.

Customers will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item to us. The original Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a replacement product, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
